North Wales as in a narrow strip of land between Chester and Holyhead?
The Wales Spatial Plan and its "Update" has designated the vast gap between Cardiff and Llandudno as a tourist destination, what planet are these 'Ministers' on? It leaves the door open for the Welsh Nationalists to create a tribal reserve where discrimination will be the order of the day.
I suppose the Deputy First Minister is OK, he has his own airline to hop across the great divide of Wales, it is called Ieuanair.
