BBC NEWS | Wales | Wales politics | Plaid to tackle its 'false image'

BBC NEWS Wales Wales politics Plaid to tackle its 'false image': "Party strategists have long been aware of the dangers of it being seen as simply a party for Welsh speakers or rural areas, more interested in independence than the more immediate concerns of ordinary voters"

In Gwynedd and the Snowdonia National Park these are not simply perceptions Ieuan, they are facts of life. More acurate would be the statement that it is a party for its own members' interests, a party for bigotry, a party for discrimination and for xenophobic policies. It is a dead party.
