And I thought Gwynedd County Council were mad for wasting money on an 'ambassador' who would go 'clubbing' in London with a view to persuading 'clever' Welsh people to return to the impoverished hillsides in Welsh Wales. Now we are wasting £360,000 (plus) on a 'teacher'. Good grief.
